Mindset Note | CHAMPIONS KNOW THAT AMBIGUITY IS WHERE GREATNESS CAN HAPPEN.

Championship Mindset Training | Challenge yourself to view ambiguity as an exciting opportunity rather than an anxiety-producing situation. Mindset Note | CHAMPIONS CHOOSE THE PAIN OF DISCIPLINE OVER THE PAIN OF REGRET.

Championship Mindset Training | Develop and apply an 'Implementation Intention' for a critical goal of yours. There is goal setting, and then there is goal achieving. Champions know that barriers will attempt to thwart their steady march toward achieving their objectives, and by integrating "Implementation Intentions," or simple "If-Then Plans," into their days, they increase their probability of goal achievement.

Mindset Note | CHAMPIONS KNOW WE MUST OPTIMIZE EVERY MOMENT IN PURSUIT OF GREATNESS.

Championship Mindset Training | Savor at least 3 moments throughout the course of this week. ''Freeze Time by Freezing the Moment" is one of the five Mindset Markers of a Championship Mindset on 'Time' that were outlined in this episode, and by savoring moments we create deeper memories that offer a future sense of satisfaction with our present.
